Yuval-Levi

Yuval Levy

Mr. Yuval Levy serves as chairman of Eshbal Trade Ltd., is one of the owners of Eshbal Functional Foods, and also serves as chairman, and is a major shareholder, of Noki Ltd., an exporter of baby foods. With Noki as its vehicle, Yuval led the acquisition of the Heintz-Remedia baby food operation in Israel. Noki also acquired Arava Tea, and established Adama China, of which he is chairman, a developer and producer of flavors, catering mainly to the Chinese market. Previously, Mr. Levy held the position of SVP at Frutarom (TASE: FRUT LSE: FRUT), where he served from 1991 to 2005 as Senior Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Global Flavors Division, focusing mainly on business development and M&A of many companies around the world.

Mr. Levy greatly contributed to Frutarom’s meteoric growth, increasing annual revenue from $8M to $450M, through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions of subsidiaries which reported to him.

Mr. Levy holds a B.A. (Hons) in International Marketing from F.I.T. University in New York.

Eli Levy

Mr. Eli Levy has 35 years of extensive entrepreneurial management experience in the food industry in Israel, currently is a managing partner at Eshbal Trading Ltd, and a major shareholder at Eshbal Functional Foods. Previously, Mr. Levy served for over a decade as CEO at Adumim Food Ingredients, a company developing and manufacturing specialty ingredients, which traded at TASE during his term. He also served as CEO at Spectrum Chemicals, a specialty chemicals developer and manufacturer, VP Business Development at Rotem Industries and CFO at Rotoplas Ltd. while the company was a subsidiary of Koor Chemicals.

Mr. Levy holds a BA in Economics and Statistics from Ben Gurion University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

 

David Bar-Meir

David Bar-Meir

Mr. David Bar-Meir has over 40 years of experience in the food and food service industries. For more than 30 years, Mr. Bar-Meir held various managerial positions in the “Pancake House” restaurant chain.

In 2003, he founded, developed and managed the Bar-El Bakery, manufacturers of gluten-free products. In 2016, he merged the bakery’s operation with Eshbal, thus becoming a shareholder in the company.

Mr. Bar-Meir is a certified bookkeeper and serves as a Director of the company and Manager of the gluten-free bakery at Eshbal.
